There are three ways you can make your lump sum election, which must be done by November 25, 2024.

Upload your documents to the secure website:

• Log on to the secure election website.
• Select the Register Here link.
• Follow the prompts to create an account.
• If you don’t receive the authentication email in your inbox, check your spam folder.

Fax to 866-467-7925. Please include the fax coversheet provided in your election kit.‍

Mail using the postage-paid envelope and mail slip provided in your election kit.

Call 866‑333‑7309 to request an annuity election kit as soon as possible. Once completed, you must return the election kit no later than November 25, 2024.
