You are eligible for benefits if your payroll is U.S.-based and you’re either a regular full-time employee or a benefits-eligible part-time employee (regularly scheduled to work at least 20 hours per week), you’re eligible for coverage under the health and protection benefits.

Domestic partners are not eligible for benefits coverage in 2023. Beginning in 2024, Baker Hughes will cover domestic partners under most benefits. More information will be made available in January 2024.
All benefits begin on your first day of employment.
