At Baker Hughes, we’re dedicated to giving back to the communities where we live and work. Our community programs offer opportunities for full-time, active Baker Hughes employees to support their favorite nonprofit organizations (NPOs) financially and through volunteer service.
These programs are funded by the Baker Hughes Foundation. An independent legal entity and registered nonprofit organization, the Foundation seeks to advance environmental quality, education, health, safety, and wellness around the world. The Foundation makes strategic philanthropic contributions, matches Baker Hughes employee contributions, and awards volunteer recognition grants for outstanding employee community service.
These programs are administered through YourCause, a leading philanthropy technology company. Employees can access YourCause (SSO-enabled) directly by visiting bakerhughes.yourcause.com.
You can also find policies, news, FAQs, and more information about our community programs on the Community Affairs resource page on MyBakerHughes.com.
